Food doctoring

Today, I played around with some ingredients in my refrigerator and came up with a really good dressing for my tomato salad. I took out my Costco tzatziki, the yogurt, garlic, and dill spread that has become a staple on my flatbread sandwiches. I was down to about a quarter of a container and decided to mash up a small avocado and add it to the mixture.

My tzatziki turned a lovely shade of celadon and had a subtle flavor of avocado. It was so yummy that I had it again for dinner, this time adding a dollop to my couscous. I might have been spotted licking the spoon.

Tomorrow, I will be working on the next food that needs my new concoction. I think it could be a baked potato.

Talk to you soon.
